Hi there 👋. My name is Ankit Kashyap, and I am a software builder. I know - For a few people, “Builder” seems a little unusual, but honestly, that’s the best I can find to describe me. My current employer pays me to design software solutions and write code - In the past, I have worn multiple hats, including product manager.

⚡ Fun fact: Failed entrepreneur - Co-founded HRTech Startup in India, but after two major pivots - I decided to take a break from it.

I am trying to write down my opinions and experiences with designing and building software.

What is “Gita”?

“Gita” is a Sanskrit word for ‘song’ - and most of the time, it is used to refer to the classic ancient scripture Bhagavad Gita. If you have not heard about the Bhagavad Gita - just

Two significant attributes of the Gita that are unique to it (as compared to other religious texts) - It promotes questioning and it is timeless wisdom.

And even in the software world - while we have some timeless wisdom about designing and developing successful software - We still need to question and challenge the status quo.
